COVID-19 Small Business Action Plan


Although we are all affected by COVID-19, we understand that everyone’s situation is different and the issues you are facing may not be the same for someone else.


We’ve developed a one-on-one action plan session for small businesses so we can get to the heart of the issues you are struggling with and help you to work through them. Our aim is to give you focus, clarity, confidence and a plan!


Here’s how it works:

1. Start with a conversation


Let’s have a chat to see what problems you are facing, and what’s worrying you at the moment. This may be all you need.

2. Identify the critical challenges


We’ll help you to identify the issues you are experiencing, then hone in on the most critical challenges that you can control.

3. Agree an action plan


Together, we’ll come up with specific action points including what needs doing, who is doing it, and by when.

4. Identify how we can help


You may not need us to do anything. Or you may need credit control, or a simple cashflow forecast. We can provide weekly check-ins until 30 April 2020 and then review what you might need from us from the end of April onwards.

There is no charge for this action plan service for existing clients. If you aren’t a client yet, we’d love to help you too so please do get in touch.
